“I highly recommend Baker's Motel. Very clean. Large rooms with free wifi and streaming on TV. Easy access for those of us with disabilities. Very reasonably priced rooms. The staff was pleasant. I seldom write positive reviews. But Baker's Motel deserves a 5 star rating in my book.”
“Stayed here for a last minute accommodation and it was everything I needed. Nothing fancy but it’s perfect for a clean hot shower and a good nights rest.”
“What a cute vintage motel! Very clean and super friendly owner. Roku tv and a small fridge and microwave. The bed wasn’t king size but I didn’t state a preference when I called. We always look for these budget friendly locally owned motels. This is definitely staying on our favorite list.”
“The only criticism I have for Baker’s Motel is the thing that I love about it: cheap and no frills. Everything is older but is still functional and clean. See comments about rooms below. They cleaned our room daily. They let us use a portable grill for dinner. Surprisingly good coffee in the lobby. Friendly host. You can’t beat the price. I would stay here again.”
“Great clean room. I got caught in a snow storm and booked a room about 15 min before I showed up. The owner came in to the office to check me in despite it being late in the evening and had a room ready for me. In the morning, he helped me get my truck/trailer out of the ground in the snow. I'm grateful for his help, and it restored faith in humanity and the state of the society during this tumultuous times... Thank you!!!”
“Travelled across the country 5 separate times. The Baker’s Motel is the quintessential motel. Built pre-Interstate of cinder block, I’ll take one of these over a hotel any day. Single floors, good distance from the interstate means a quiet stay, stars at night and a worry free parking spot. Reliable WiFi and TV’s that won’t make you squint all for one of the most reasonable prices across the US. It’s a personal favorite that I keep coming back to.”
